First off, New Year’s Eve was so much fun! The resort had some things going on. We just had a blast!

"We had a great experience at the Barcelo and the resort was beautiful. Our flights were on time and smooth.
We had a ground floor suite that was 10 steps to the pool! Which... turned out to be amazing with 3 kids as they were back and forth for belongings, washroom etc."
Our transfers were easy and on time too. We did an excursion to Xel-ha and explored the cenotes and waterslides. The kids loved snorkeling and were thrilled to take home their snorkel as a souvenir.
Lastly, the drinks and food were really good. We enjoyed a number of a la carte restaurants that were prebooked for us on arrival and the kids enjoyed the buffet selections.
There was lots to do like the Dolphinarium / mini golf / ice skating and we all agreed we could likely go back and explore some more!
